Please read my policies and the item descriptions carefully, as they contain all important information regarding my work. I encourage you to message me with any and all questions.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please send me a message prior to leaving negative feedback, as I am willing to resolve any issues that may come up. I love my customers, and want each and every one of you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the descriptions of the items carefully, as a refund will not be offered if the issue could have been avoided by a thorough read through of the description. I can also not offer a refund if the piece is compromised through abuse of any kind. These pieces are handmade, and are not meant to be worn while bathing, swimming, washing dishes, or during vigorous activity.

Please be sure of your ring size before ordering. Rings cannot be resized. 

Shipments

WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Parcels with in stock items will be shipped within 1-3 days after purchase. Please message me if you require expedited shipping.

Custom Orders:

My favorite! I love creating custom orders for my customers! I will consult with you and together we will create the vision for your special piece. There is no extra charge for custom orders, however I do require a 50% deposit on the total price before I begin work on the piece. Once the remaining 50% is paid along with shipping, I will send your order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for them to be constructed, during which time I look forward to sharing in the creative process with you. Message me through Instagram or the "Contact Us" button in this website to start this process.

Made to Order:

Sometimes customers want me to make a 'duplicate' of a previously created piece. Please be aware that even though I try my very best, it is impossible to recreate a perfect replica of a piece. If you would like to purchase a certain style of ring that is no longer available or not in your size, please message me and I will supply pictures of available stones. I require the same deposit and shipping policies as stated above under the Custom Orders section.

Care of your Jewelry:

As I mentioned in the Refund section, it is very important to take care of your jewelry. No wet, dirty, or strenuous activity while wearing your jewelry. Although I take great pride in the quality of my pieces, they are still handmade and therefore delicate.
